Job Summary
Managed patient panel with broad primary care needs including acute, chronic, and well visits; delivers in-office and testing-center care with occasional tele-health visits; participates in weekly clinical rounds and collaborates with in-office and virtual teams; utilizes clinical training to perform in-office procedures; supervises NP/PA colleagues; open to obtaining additional state licensure for virtual primary care in additional states; base base salary range reflects annual compensation in Boston MA; comprehensive benefits package provided.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before start date
