Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for a full-time role in CT with base in Darien, Westport, or New Canaan. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; treating patients in-office or at testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health; participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams; utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures; supervising one or more NP/PA; willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Requires residency in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics; board certified or board eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year; CT state license. Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program

- State licensed in Connecticut, obtained before start date
