Family Medicine Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available

Provide primary care to a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, in-person at the San Rafael office and via tele-health as appropriate. Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, perform in-office procedures with opportunities to supervise NP/PA colleagues, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care across states. Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year) and hold CA licensure prior to start. Demonstrates a passion for human-centered primary care, effective use of technology in care delivery, and strong teamwork and communication to deliver high-quality care.
