Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs including acute, chronic, and well visits; treat patients in-office or in testing centers and via tele-health visits; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilize specialty training to perform in-office procedures; supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues; maintain CA state licensure and credentialing; be prepared to obtain licensure for additional states; this is a full-time role based in Mill Valley, CA with a robust benefits package and sign-on consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in CA, obtained before start date
