Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in diagnosing, treating, and providing preventive care across the lifespan
- Three (3) years of experience in medication management for acute and chronic conditions
- Three (3) years of experience in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Three (3) years of experience in coordinating care with specialists
- Three (3) years of experience in providing patient health education and counseling
Desired Qualifications
