Job Summary
Conduct full-time family medicine practice for a medically complex, culturally diverse patient population in Gresham, Oregon. Manage an integrated primary care team including an embedded APP, behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, diabetes educator, and case management staff. Deliver trauma-informed care to patients of all ages while supporting the mission of serving the poor and vulnerable. Work a flexible schedule of 4 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) at a facility near the city center. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine
- Must be comfortable and willing to see all ages
- Must be able to practice with trauma-informed care
