Job Summary
Provide outpatient care to patients in the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic using a patient-centered medical home model supported by a multi-disciplinary team including advanced practice providers, psychologists, and clinical pharmacists. Manage daily clinic operations with minimal phone call involvement. This full-time role offers a guaranteed base salary, up to $80,000 in educational loan repayment, and a $50,000 signing bonus. Schedule options include 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week. As a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician, you will join a non-profit organization serving the Rogue Valley community with access to extensive outdoor recreation and cultural amenities.
