Conduct full-time outpatient family medicine practice with 100% focus on primary care, supported by embedded services to reduce administrative burden. Manage patient care within a team-based model featuring RN co-visits and integrated PharmD, Behavioral Health, and Registered Dietitian support. Utilize centralized triage and in-basket support to streamline workload, while leveraging DAX Copilot AI scribe for documentation. Practice with telehealth options up to one day per week and maintain a flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4,10-hour shifts. No inpatient responsibilities; work to top of scope or expand scope as preferred.
