Provide direct patient care as a full-time Family Medicine physician at 36 contact hours per week with a 1:8 call ratio and phone-only scheduling. Manage integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, diabetic educators, case management, and registered nurses within a medical hub featuring on-site lab, x-ray, urgent care, and physical therapy.
