Family Medicine Physician (Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital)

Conduct outpatient family medicine care exclusively in a multidisciplinary clinic setting with integrated behavioral health and social work support. Manage daily patient visits within a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home environment, with very limited phone call responsibilities. Schedule includes four days per week with opportunities to teach residents.
