Family Medicine Physician (Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital)

Conduct outpatient family medicine care exclusively, with a four-day workweek and very limited phone contact. Manage a multidisciplinary team including integrated behavioral health, social work, and weight management programs within a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home. Provide teaching opportunities for residents if interested.
