Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for an established 100% panel with no hospital rounding or OB duties. Deliver clinical services with on-site endocrinologist support for specialist access and manage a manageable patient load of 18 per day across a four-day workweek. Participate in a shared call rotation with no hospital call requirements. Join a physician-led organization focused on value-based care models and community connection within Salem, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs
- Must frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs
