Conduct outpatient family medicine for a balanced panel spanning infants to elders within a largely migrant and Latino community. Manage daily patient contact hours and administrative duties under full-time coverage, supported by certified bilingual medical assistants and the EPIC EMR system. Complete a four-week Medical Spanish program in Xayla, Guatemala prior to employment. This role offers a guaranteed first-year salary of $283K based on a 2.5 patients per hour rate, including a $30K hiring bonus, $20K relocation allowance, and a $2,000 monthly resident stipend.
