Job Summary
Provide collaborative, evidence-based family medicine care within a medical home model alongside clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. Utilize on-site lab services and the system-wide Epic EMR to deliver patient-centered, healing environment care. Work as part of a larger multi-specialty group spanning Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, and Florence communities. Guaranteed first-year income of $307,673.60 for 1.0 FTE with employment bonuses and relocation stipends. Eligible for up to $3,300 annually for CME and professional dues. Requires M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree with successful completion of an ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC-accredited residency. Must hold an unrestricted Oregon license or ability to obtain one prior to hire.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
