Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care to a medically diverse patient population, including military patients under the USFHP Plan, within a team-based model. Deliver convenient care utilizing on-site laboratory, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, and interpreter services. Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule with part-time or full-time flexibility. Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians are required, with experience preferred. The role offers a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and CME benefits within an accredited patient-centered medical home serving the Puget Sound region.
