Job Summary
Board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine Physician sought for a 100% outpatient practice in Great Falls, MT. Optional 4-day work week. Hospitalist team covers inpatient care. Supported by 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers. 1:10 evening call; ED and inpatient coverage managed by hospitalist team. Compensation is variable based on experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model). Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and annual performance bonus. H1B/J1 visa sponsorship available. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO and CME allowance, licensure and dues paid, malpractice tail coverage, health/dental/vision, and life insurance. Located in Great Falls, Montana with access to outdoor recreation and proximity to national parks. Ideal candidate: BE/BC in Family Medicine and eligible for Montana medical licensure, dedicated to patient-centered care and collaborative practice.
