Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours weekly with minimal phone-only calls, integrated with behavioral health and easy specialist access. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, offering flexible 4- or 5-day workweeks. Manage clinical care within HonorHealth Medical Group's physician-led, nonprofit network across Northwest Phoenix communities including Peoria, Glendale, and Anthem.

- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Full-time schedule
