Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours weekly, supplemented by 4 administrative hours, within a Monday-Friday schedule that excludes evenings or weekends. Manage a full-time practice in Northwest Phoenix with integrated behavioral health access and minimal phone-only calls. Utilize the Epic integrated electronic medical record for documentation. This role supports a physician-led, locally managed nonprofit health system serving patients in Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix. The position offers clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities with additional compensation, and optional urgent care moonlighting.
