Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours weekly with minimal phone-only calls, maintaining a Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Deliver integrated behavioral health services and coordinate access to specialists within a physician-led, locally managed nonprofit health system. Manage practice operations while participating in leadership opportunities that influence clinical care, scheduling, and strategic growth. Practice in Northwest Phoenix communities including Peoria, Glendale, and Anthem, utilizing Epic's integrated electronic medical record for seamless documentation.
