Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for patients across Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix within a physician-led, nonprofit health system. Manage a full-time schedule of 36 patient contact hours plus administrative duties, Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends. Maintain flexible 4- or 5-day workweeks while utilizing integrated behavioral health and easy specialist access. Lead clinical operations and compensation discussions as an active partner in organizational growth within Arizona's largest primary care network.
