Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours weekly, supplemented by four administrative hours. Deliver full-time Monday-Friday service across Northwest Phoenix communities including Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix. Manage integrated behavioral health access and coordinate with specialists while maintaining minimal phone-only call volume. Maintain a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with no evening or weekend shifts. Optional urgent care moonlighting is available for additional compensation.
