Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for patients in Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix. Manage 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours weekly on a Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Provide integrated behavioral health services with easy access to specialists while maintaining minimal phone-only call volume. Participate in optional urgent care moonlighting and leadership opportunities within a physician-led, nonprofit health system. Join a collaborative Accountable Care Organization featuring Epic integrated electronic medical records and no non-compete agreement.
