Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for patients in Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix, with a full-time schedule of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 administrative hours. Maintain a Monday-Friday rotation with no evenings or weekends, utilizing Epic's integrated electronic medical record for One Patient, One Chart. Manage clinical care within a physician-led, locally managed nonprofit health system that offers collaborative leadership and zero non-compete restrictions.
