Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours weekly with minimal phone-only calls. Deliver integrated behavioral health services and coordinate easy access to specialists within a physician-led, locally managed nonprofit health system. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, offering flexible 4- or 5-day workweeks. Participate in optional urgent care moonlighting while contributing to a successful Accountable Care Organization focused on physician wellness and teamwork. Practice in Northwest Phoenix, Arizona, serving communities including Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix.
