Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts. Manage a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek while integrating behavioral health services and maintaining easy access to specialists. Provide clinical care across Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix within a physician-led, locally managed nonprofit network. Maintain Epic integrated electronic medical records and participate in optional urgent care moonlighting.
