Job Summary
Family Medicine/Outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Berwick, PA with Geisinger Community Medicine. Outpatient-only clinic with physician/APP panel sharing, centralized support (nurse call center, nurse coordinators, prescription refill team), Epic EMR, and robust benefits. Compensation $320k-$375k plus up to $250k recruitment incentives, residency/fellowship stipend up to $45k, geography stipend up to $15k, CME funds, fully paid relocation, 401k contributions, academic involvement with medical students and residents. Eligible candidates include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Med/Peds physicians with MD/DO and PA licensure. Location: Berwick, PA area; interview tour provided; limited regional travel may be involved. Fully integrated Geisinger system with emphasis on comprehensive care and community impact.
