Job Summary
Outpatient Primary Care physician opportunities in Berwick, PA in a tight-knit community setting. Join an outpatient clinic with an physician/APP panel-sharing model, nurse call center to support on-call workload, nurse coordinators for high-need patients, centralized prescription refill team, interdisciplinary care, and Epic EMR. Compensation ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience, with up to $250k in recruitment incentives, residency/fellowship stipend up to $45k, a geography stipend up to $15k at specific clinics, and fully paid relocation. CME funds of $4,500 and 15 days of CME leave, 401k with company contribution, and academic involvement with medical students/residents are offered. The role emphasizes outpatient, physician-led care with a focus on quality of life and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Pennsylvania (PA medical license)
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Outpatient Primary Care experience or proficiency with outpatient clinic operations
- Epic EMR proficiency or experience
