Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in the Berwick/Bloomsburg area for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Med/Peds physicians. Outpatient clinic with variable schedule, physician/APP panel sharing, nurse call center, nurse coordinators, centralized prescription refill team, interdisciplinary team, and Epic EMR across Geisinger. Compensation ranges from $320k to $375k plus recruitment incentives up to $250k, residency/fellowship stipend up to $18 months prior to graduation, geography stipend up to $15k, CME funds ($4,500) and fully paid relocation. Academic involvement with medical students/residents; comprehensive benefits including 401k and substantial CME support; must be a licensed MD/DO in Pennsylvania. Location features include proximity to Geisinger Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, and Bloomsburg, PA. The role emphasizes outpatient primary care with an emphasis on team-based care and patient access.
