Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care, with an opportunity to develop a pediatric focus. Work four clinical days per week alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider, supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA staff. After-hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham Primary Care Call Center. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure
- Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care
