Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and/or family populations, including routine physicals, preventive screenings, and wellness visits. Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions while coordinating care with specialists and ancillary services as needed. Utilize evidence-based guidelines, document efficiently within the EMR, and participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and population health activities. Work closely with experienced nurses, care coordinators, and APPs in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. Fresh graduates and early-career physicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Washington state medical licensure
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Commitment to team-based care
