Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth. Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds while supervising NPs or PAs. Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure for virtual care expansion. This full-time role in Austin, TX requires a board-certified family medicine physician with recent outpatient experience and offers a salary of $235,100 - $281,100.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients

- This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX at our South Austin clinic
- Relocation assistance may be available for this role
