Family Medicine Physician

Provide high-quality care to individuals and families of all ages, managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals within a clinic-based environment supported by an advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant. Rotate shared call responsibilities and utilize the EPIC electronic health system alongside standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a flexible schedule. Join a team of high-performing Primary Care Physicians at the NM Multispecialty building, located inside Northwestern Medicine's growing health system.
