Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients aged 18 and up in a concierge setting, managing acute visits, preventative medicine, and chronic illnesses with reduced panel sizes. Deliver personalized care through extended 30-60 minute appointments, same-day and next-day access, and expedited lab support. Collaborate with local specialists, pharmacists, and nutrition counselors to ensure smooth transitions of care and comprehensive management. Work within a physician-led organization affiliated with Northeast Georgia Health System, supporting a team environment focused on clinical excellence and community health.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience preferred
