Job Summary
Full-time Family Medicine physician based in Noe Valley, San Francisco office, providing a mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel, conducting in-office and tele-health visits, participating in weekly clinical rounds, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams, performing in-office procedures as appropriate, and supervising NP/PA colleagues. Requires completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility with plans to obtain certification within 1 year, and California medical license before start date. Base salary in the range of $308,700–$328,000 with potential annual incentive/benefits; relocation assistance may be available. Required Qualifications
- Residency in Internal or Family Medicine (completed or enrolled)
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year
- State license in California obtained before start date
- Active medical license to practice in California
- Outpatient primary care experience (2 of last 5 years)
- Ability to supervise NP/PA colleagues
- Proven ability to communicate with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency with technology to deliver high-quality care
- Commitment to human-centered primary care
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and clinical rounds
