Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician sought to provide 100% outpatient primary care at BJC Medical Group in Shiloh, IL. Role emphasizes teamwork, continuity of care, and an efficient workflow with EPIC EMR in a state-of-the-art facility. Highlights include a 36-hour patient-facing week, no weekends or holidays, on-site lab/x-ray/PET, collaboration with experienced physicians and APPs, and seamless referrals on campus. Compensation includes a $300,000/year guarantee, signing bonus, relocation assistance, student loan/residency stipends, generous PTO and CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits. The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing specialty, supervise/teach APPs, and participate in care coordination across clinic locations in the St. Louis, MO area.
