Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Pennsylvania. Deliver comprehensive family medicine across the full spectrum of age groups with an expected caseload of 8-10 patients per day. Work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility available. No call coverage is required. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required. This assignment supports a community health setting with on-site support staff including medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses, facilitating consistent and quality primary care delivery within a diverse population.
