Family Medicine physician needed for locum tenens coverage in North Carolina. Provide comprehensive family medicine services to geriatric patients across four nursing home facilities, managing 20-25 patients daily. Shifts run 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–4:00 PM four days per week, with on-site call from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM and administrative duties totaling ~40 hours per month across all buildings. Travel to facilities within close proximity (0.5 to 1.5 hours apart) with a daily facility travel schedule. Responsibilities emphasize compliance-driven visits including H&Ps and federally required visits; prescriptive authority required.
