Job Summary
Provide comprehensive family medicine services to geriatric patients across four nursing home facilities, managing 20-25 patients daily during 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts four days per week. Conduct compliance-driven visits including H&Ps and federally required visits flagged as priority requirements. Perform call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with calls routed to advanced practice clinicians, and handle administrative responsibilities totaling approximately 40 hours per month across all buildings with monthly call rotation and weekend coverage. Travel to one facility per day, with sites located 0.5 miles apart and others within 1.5 hours distance. This three-month locum assignment supports a geriatric population at a facility operating established protocols for federally mandated healthcare services.
