Job Summary
Manage a diverse patient panel of 1,200 to 1,500 individuals in a modern primary care setting, delivering preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and women's health services for MIT and Lincoln Laboratory communities. Collaborate with a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, and medical assistants to support full-scope primary care while leveraging an integrated electronic medical record system and connections to Cambridge-based services. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices using advanced health technology tools to enhance clinical workflows. This full-time role includes outpatient-based hours with a telephone-only call rotation and offers competitive compensation aligned with New England academic standards. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- current, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)
- 2-3 years of post-residency practice experience in a community setting
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Current DEA license
- Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
- Current BLS for healthcare providers certification
