Family Medicine Physician | Mission-Driven Care + NHSC Loan Repayment | Tampa, FL

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services, acute treatment, chronic disease management, and family planning. Perform patient histories, physical examinations, clinical assessments, and medical diagnoses. Order, review, and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic testing. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate follow-up care. Make appropriate referrals for specialty care, diagnostic services, and additional treatment. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic health record documentation. Complete billing charges and clinical tasks in accordance with organizational requirements. Participate in daily care team huddles, peer review, and quality-improvement initiatives. Support efforts to close care gaps and improve clinical outcomes. Provide clinical guidance and oversight to advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other care team members. Teach and supervise residents, medical students, and allied health professionals when applicable. Support accreditation readiness, clinical quality measures, and organizational performance goals. Protect patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and safety. Comply with HIPAA, HRSA, federal, state, accreditation, and TFHC requirements.
