Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed at Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza to provide a full-spectrum, lifespan primary care within a traditional M-F clinic. The role emphasizes birth to end-of-life care, urgent care services, a broad services mix (including lab, therapy, and upcoming OB/GYN and cardiology offerings), and a shared call schedule (currently 1:30). The position requires an MD or DO, completion of an ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency, board certification (or within 3 years), Idaho medical licensure, and DEA/controlled-substance registration. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment
- Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
