Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for underserved populations within a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, delivering integrated behavioral health, dietetics, and clinical pharmacy services during single-office visits. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for patients while collaborating with over 100 community partners to support whole-person care for vulnerable populations. Serve as Medical Director for Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group's largest specialty-based FQHC in the nation, mentoring residents and students in a faith-based environment. Requires Board Certification and California residency.
