Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for underserved populations within a faith-based, Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home environment. Manage the Medical Director role at SAC Health System's largest specialty-based FQHC, overseeing over 900 medical residents and students while coordinating integrated care with behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, and chaplains. Build strong partnerships with more than 100 community organizations to extend support beyond clinical visits. Requires Board Certification and California residency; salary ranges from $285,000 to $340,000.
