Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services for underserved populations at SAC Health System's largest specialty-based FQHC. Manage clinical operations as Medical Director while developing individualized health plans for patients within a whole-person, team-based model integrating behavioral health, dietetics, and social work. Lead over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University in serving vulnerable communities, supported by partnerships with more than 100 community organizations. Board certification and primary care experience are required.
