Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed to join UNC Health Family Medicine at Smithfield in Johnston County, NC. Responsibilities include managing complex patient panels with chronic disease management, providing primary care within a team-based clinic that rotates dietician, social worker, and pharmacist support; use of EPIC EMR; onsite lab and X-ray; participate in a comprehensive financial package with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, full benefits, generous PTO, 403B, CME reimbursement, and paid malpractice. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or board-eligible
- MD/DO degree from accredited program
- Active medical license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in family medicine or demonstrated exemplary new grads considered
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred
