Job Summary
Provide comprehensive family medicine care including well-child visits, sick visits, prenatal care, newborn care, and management of chronic health conditions. Deliver preventative services such as immunizations, screening tests, and nutritional counseling while performing in-office procedures and physical exams. Maintain acute care standards and coordinate with the UNC Health Medical Group to serve the entire family in a physician-led organization. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in a full-service practice located in Pittsboro, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Medical School Graduate (MD/DO)
- Board certified internal medicine or family medicine
- NC State License preferred
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- Meeting the Board Certification requirements
- DEA
- ACLS
- MD
- North Carolina Medical License
- DEA License
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Close vision
- Should be able to communicate proficiently in English
Desired Qualifications
- NC State License preferred
