Job Summary
Conduct 100% outpatient primary care in a weekday schedule with flexibility to support work-life balance. Educate patients within a rural community while developing a vibrant patient base through outpatient procedures of interest. Operate in a multidisciplinary setting supported by dedicated office staff, including advanced practice providers, practice managers, and clinical specialists. Utilize the Epic EMR system within a successful, physician-led health system serving Northern Ohio communities.
