Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; providing in-office and tele-health care; collaborating with in-office and virtual teams; supervising NP/PA colleagues and leveraging clinical training to perform in-office procedures; contributing to team-based primary care delivery in a San Francisco Bay Area location with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year)
- State license in California
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
