Job Summary
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits; ongoing participation in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures; supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues; full-time role based in the Laurel Heights office in San Francisco; base salary in the $308.7k–$328k range with potential annual bonus and benefits; relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State license in California
- Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
