Job Summary
Part-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity at Saint Alphonsus Medical Group International Clinic (Center for Global Health & Healing). Provide comprehensive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive primary care to refugee and immigrant populations in the Treasure Valley, collaborating with interpreters, social workers, health advisors, and resettlement agencies to enhance continuity of care. Clinic serves diverse patient populations with programs to reduce barriers to care (home visits, interpreter services, community partnerships). Location near Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center with on-site FM clinic support; other services include Ob-Gyn, Travel Medicine, and Civil Surgeon services. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment)
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
